Amber color with a thick off-white head.
Aroma with notes of grapefruit, caramel malt and dunk hops.
Flavor with notes of dunk and floral hops, grapefruit, grass, malt sweetness and spices. Dry and bitter aftertaste with a long ending.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
I would really drink this all day. It sure helped to be made a couple of weeks ago and nearby. Dunk, floral and citrusy hop notes were bright and fresh.
