From a 12oz can. Canned on the 212th day of 2025.
This is a clear looking beer in the glass and a nice copper color to it. The head is 3 fingers in size and off white in color. The head retention is decent, and there's a bit of lacing on the glass.
There's an earthy and nutty aroma to this beer. I am also getting a good deal of cereal on my nose.
The beer is malty tasting as expected. The earthiness from the nose does translate into the flavor. There's a good deal of cereal grain flavor in here. The hint of nuts does also add to the flavor profile. There's a slight bitterness on the finish.
The body has a bit of a bubbly feeling to it. The thickness seems pretty good.
This is a decent beer, and I'm glad I picked it up.

12oz can. Bottom stamp reads 'BEST BY 07/31/25'.
Clear, medium amber colored body. White head, about a finger deep at first and then a thin cap and high ring. Leaves behind scenic strings and spots of lacing.
Aroma of toasted barley. Some brightness from the hops.
Taste is similar to fresh baked bread that has been toasted. Malted barley with the added flavor of earthy and floral hops. Not much length in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Initially crisp then coating. Very good carbonation.
Driven by the barley malts. Short lasting flavor profile is a support for doing session work.

Fizzy carbonation in the pour which is a bit odd. Clear, dark amber color with a short lasting head. Very little lacing. Aroma is nice with hints of caramel and biscuits. A slight Noble hop element as well. Flavor is nice as well with a clean malt profile and enough bitterness to help in balance. Not too sweet as this is well balanced. Carbonation is just not right here. This should be richer in texture but the fizzyness is hurting the beer.
