Served on a 4oz flight.
Dark chocolate brown, had the least head of all the beers on the board which was surprising.
Aroma is nothing short of fabulous. Just tons of coconut on the nose...shavings, milk...and then it lays a huge foundation of chocolate underneath that wraps everything up like an Almond Joy.
This beer is total bliss. So much chocolate, so much coconut, and the right amount of sugared milk. If I didn't have to split to hit a gig soon, I'd have ordered a pint. A touch of metallic bitterness finishes out the profile but it's nothing I can't handle.
Feel is full of lovely creaminess and a giant swell of wetness and carbonation.
Overall this beer was a hit. I'll be having it again very soon.
