Mildly cloudy pour; golden yellow body, honey-like and semi-transparent; decent, lively carbonation; thick head, white, sudsy; long-lasting. Pleasant, bright and sweet smell; yellow-pitted fruits like peaches. Rather dull and watery taste compared to the aroma; more bitter than anything else; relatively heavy sweetness; peach jam; very light caramel. Medium body; moderate residual sugar feel offset with a terse dryness.
The can label differs from the current brewery web site listings for the ABV (7%) and IBUs (20). There is great promise shown with the look and smell, yet the taste seems a bit bland and cardboard-like (oxidation?) and the mouthfeel, while not flat, presents a kind of dullness to the beer.
ABV: 6.7%; IBU: 27; pouring temperature: 46 °F; canning info: n/a
