This black beer is made with spelt.
Almost black color, with mahogany red edges. One finger of a beige foam.
Light smell, cereal, light caramel, red fruit, light again, and then some roast.
At the taste again a light red fruitiness, then roast and caramel.
It is a very smooth and drinkable beer, good.
The spelt is present.
Good aftertaste, dominated by the roast and cereal notes.
The 7.0 ABV are well hidden.
