The Three Barrel Brewery in its new location also has a casual restaurant as part of its tasting room and brewery. The kitchen has a wood fired brick oven and serves a variety of pizzas, large calzones and strombolis made with handmade dough with each item flavored with the smoke from the oven. They also use fresh baked breads for panini sandwiches. The restaurant uses fresh vegetables and other ingredients to make menu entrees and fulfill customer requests. Customers at the counter can watch the meal assembly and the items slide in and out of the baking oven. The room on Saturday afternoon had a continuous flow of customers and a brisk "take-out" business with at least four wait staff and three chefs or cooks. The tasting room sells by samplers, pints, bottle, bomber, growler, and juggernaut.

A very nice brewpub that has a beautiful copper wood-fired oven. Food is delicious, bar area is small but cozy, they left the historical elements in place. One can almost envision an old cowboy or miner walking in after a day and ordering a pint.

this place is way out there, my first time in del norte, we did some camping and filled up on pizza and beer in here before heading out. its a great spot, roomy yet cozy inside, with a huge wood fired pizza oven as the focal point at the bar, with all the brewing equipment visible in behind the dining room. they have a nice patio too, but it was too cold for anyone to be out there. its bustling inside, the staff all qute professional and working very hard. i was a little disappointed with the draft selection, they only had a handful of beers on, and only a couple that were uncommon. that said, they had a really interesting pumpkin saison that was exceptional, and a blended barrel aged coconut porter called trucha grande that was just to die for, so the beer aspect in here, while not being incredibly diverse, was of very high quality! the pizza we ate in here was killer too, got to love the wood oven! they had a ton of cool bottles to go, including a whole range of sour and wild beers they do, but they were not for consumption in there, so that was a bit of a bummer with the limited draft list, but its cool they are even doing that kind of thing. we had a great time in here, really liked the food and beer, and reckon these guys are among the most underrated breweries in the state. i doubt ill ever go through del norte without stopping in for a couple...

Nice little place in the tiny town of Del Norte. Hand made brick oven pizzas, calzones and Strombolis as well as about 8-10 beers on tap. We had the Hop Trash IPA, and a pizza. All the dough is made on site, and most of the ingredients were sourced locally. very tasty pizza. The beer we had was pretty good, clear to see they're putting in some effort to turn out good beer, not just mediocre "home brew" tasting stuff. We arrived just as it opened on aMonday morning, and within about 20 minutes the place was full! Nice little gem in the middle of nowhere!

The Three Barrel Brewery unexpectedly included a casual restaurant as part of its tasting room and brewery. My wife and I had a 10 sampler flight of their craft brews at the counter so we could banter with our server about the tasting. We had the intention to just buy the two best candidates as fills for our separate growlers. (We have different brew taste preferences).

However, the kitchen is just behind the counter and includes a long wood fired brick oven. As we sampled we also watched the chefs’ activity, high quality of the ingredients and the resultant wood smoked pizzas or toasty calzones that were retrieved. So we decided to order a pair of calzones. Service was prompt on a Saturday mid-afternoon, and the qualities of the calzones were very good. We recommend that Three Barrels “the restaurant” is as worthy a destination as the “brewery”. The tasting room/restaurant was more than half full as we arrived and was getting busier as we left with the growlers.
