On-tap at Raleigh Times served in an Imperial pint glass a crisp pale orange with a decent off white head that is slow to diminish and leaves slight lacing on the glass. Aroma is slight Earthy hops and sweet malts. The taste is a smooth balance of sweet malts and crisp Earthy hops. The beer is quite light, crisp and smooth with mild carbonation. This is a very enjoyable Kolsch, one I would certainly have again.
