Thanks to jtd1969 for dropping this one off.

A - dark amber with a large, dense, off white head that has great retention

S - huge nose; citrus, bread, sugar, cake batter, alcohol, some pine

T - caramel malt, some bread, faint batter-like sugar, pine, grapefruit, bitter finish

M - medium bodied, the alcohol presents itself as the beer warms, well carbonated

This is a pretty decent DIPA. There is a solid malt backbone that compliments the intense hop character. The hops are intense, but not really focused. There are several different hop notes, but they don't seem to mesh. Overall, this is a really good DIPA that I enjoyed, and with a little cleaning up it could be great.

Thanks to warriorsoul for the chance to try this one.

A-Pours a clear honey amber with a thin white head that dissipates quickly but leaves nice sticky lacing.

S-Malty sweet with earthy hops that are maybe a bit light.

T-Nicely tasty brew. Lots of sweet malt with good sweet hoppiness. Lacking in bitterness before the finish but nice.

M-Medium bodied, a bit slick.

O-A nice beer overall. Glad to have the opportunity to try this one.
