A - bright orange with a soft, white head that has good retention
S - smells like faint apple but little else
T - big apple flavor, sweet, faint spices, faint citrus, some alcohol
M - medium bodied, smooth, warm
This is a bit disappointing. As a tripel its incredibly fruity and very apple-like. The spice is there but it's not very noticeable. It was drinkable but it didn't meet up with expectations.
