On tap at Bottlemixx
A - dark amber with a soft, brown head that has really decent retention
S - fruity, some baked apples, a bit of yeast
T - apple, chocolate malt, toast, yeast, a bit sweet
M - smooth, well carbonated, medium bodied
This was a nice beer. It didn't have the big toffee or huge lagery notes that I would have expected from the style, but it had a nice flavor profile and drinkability. In fact the guy at Bottlemixx had a mispour that he ended up giving me for free that I was really thankful for. It may not be the most "to style" beer, but it's certainly not a bad effort. I'd have it again.

12 oz bottle scored by Chris at the brewery.
Appearance: Deep red-almost purple, excellent clarity. Very little head lasts only seconds. No lacing.
Smell: Rich, malty, and sweet. Caramel, dark fruit, toast, and a bit of cocoa. Very good.
Taste: As the smell-- rich caramel malt flavor, plum and raisin, slightly toasted, a bit of noble hop earthiness. Tiny bit of alcohol bitterness at the end.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, smooth, clean.
Overall: Pretty impressed with this offering. A solid dopplebock.
