Copenhagen 14/5 2020. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Classic boring beer label in grey, yellow and red with a little coat of arms surrounded by golden corn ears.
Pours clear yellow with a medium-sized, persistent head. Settles as a 2,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a medium strong malty sweetness and some grainy sour notes. Sweet pale malts, straws and hay. Grass. Sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter and a bit thin. Aftertaste is semi-dry.
Quite generic and watery take on a Svetlý.
