Off tap this beer was a pale golden color that was slightly darker than the Canadian light they had on tap as well. The one finger of white head retained itself fairly well and left good lacing at first that became spotty after a while. The aroma was very faint, pale malt was all I could detect. The flavors were balanced, but underwhelming. I tasted light toasted grains at first followed by adjunct (rice?) grains and then an herbal hops flavor. The finish, however, was very much that of an adjunct lager similar to Coors Light. The body was light, the carbonation average and the mouthfeel ok. Sure, in the grand scheme it was kinda crappy, but this beer proved to be the best they had on tap and I could see it appealing quite a bit to the chosen demographic.

I am going to have to put this disclaimer on this and every other beer from Buster's. None of the Servers or Bartenders on duty knew much about their beers. Like type and ABV.
This beer is named for the Light Infantry Division that is assigned to Ft. Drum. Everything about this beer screams light. It is also served in the bowling alley on post.
Appearance: Light pale yellow. There was not much for head or lace.
Smell: Faint.
Taste: The taste is more like ultra-light than light. There is a cheap alcohol bite to the taste.
Mouthfeel: Extra light.
Drinkability: All right if you want to try a beer made on post.
