Yellowish hue with tiny particles of sediment floating around, good head retention off of the thin white bubbly lace. Smells of sweet grain and a light hop oil.
Light bodied with a fluffy crispness, smooth and grainy. Sweet upfront with pale grain and hints of hop oil. Soft graininess holds on as the bitterness kicks in and tries to clean the palate. Finishes dry with a semi clean after taste.
Refreshing and simple, sprinkle a little flavour of grain and hops with a clean after taste … that makes for a good American Pilsner. The clarity was the only off attribute that I did not like at all.

Presentation: 12oz brown bottle. No freshness info.
Appearance: Hazy, pale, straw yellow with a nice creamy white lace foam head.
Smell: Faint esters, soft malts and herbal hops in the nose.
Taste: Very light-bodied, smooth and very creamy. All of the flavours are quite soft. Malt sweetness is tamed, with a faint ripe banana character in the background and a flavourful bready character. Thin hop flavours with a notes of citrus-rind, grass and some floral around the edges ... it's short lived but balances things out nicely. Finish goes dry with grain tannins.
Notes: I quite enjoyed this pils. Not a typical one, but a damn tasty one. Balanced. Light. Flavourful. Very refreshing. Easy to drink.

Malty sweet golden brew with a crisp light bitter quality and refreshing clean finish. The sweet flavors of this beer are a nice change from the usual mass-produced pilsners.
