12 oz brown twist off bottle with no freshness date. A shade of haze on a copper tones brew. Sticky froth does well on the glass.

Faint floral aroma with hints of malt and honey … softly raw nose.

Lost crispness within the moderate body, carbonation is a bit low. Sweetness throws its self on the tongue and flops around in a near cloying way. The sweetness drops back a step when a subtle hop bitterness and modest graininess stumble through. Ends with a sweet note, who would have guessed?

A predictable honey beer, not as bad as others but a tad too sweet for me. I’d pair this with some sort of honey citrus chicken with mashed sweet potatoes.

Presentation: 12oz brown bottle. No freshness info. Nice little blurb about the beer and PA brewing on the back.

Appearance: Hazy amber/honey coloured beer with an off-white, thick, creamy, sticky head. Nice lace and retention.

Smell: Deep raw honey aroma with floral aromas surrounding it.

Taste: A delicate, light-bodied brew. Even malty sweetness, enough to give the beer an even body and makes things tasty. Very distinct honey flavours smooth in, while soft fruity orange flavours and a tea-like floral hop character to round things off. Nectar-like. Touch of gum. Light hop spice and soft twang. Finish leans dry with honey and orange residual flavours.

Notes: All the flavours are in complete balance, even, pleasing to the palate. Excellent use of Orange Blossom Honey and just enough hop usage to complement and allow each component to play its role out fully.

If you're into light, deeply refreshing honey ales ... this one is well worth the try.

This deeply copper colored ale presents with a light hop aroma coupled with wafting honey sweetness. The honey in the brew is what really comes through in the flavors with an almost fruity character. This one is quite a refreshing summer beer.

Pours a hazy amber / honey color beer with an off-white, creamy, somewhat sticky head. Good retention. On the nose the aroma is of honey and floral aroma. On the palate the flavor consisted of a decent malt sweetness, honey flavors, fruity flavors/orange hints, and mild hop spice. Pretty good brew…
