Brewed by Lion Brewery exclusively for Vauxhall, a restaurant in Huntington, NY, based on Vauxhall's own recipe. Tap only... Dark amber and clear with a finger of tan head. Aromas of dark earthy citrus previewed a woodsy, mildly citric, and moderately bitter brew with some caramel malt and brown bread sweetness. Soft and smooth with appropriate carbonation. Pleasantly surprised and well-paired with a burger and fries.
