A pretty obscure beer it seems. The bottle says that it's brewed and bottled by Round Table Brewing Company. Regardless, I know nothing about this beer so let's dig in.

As light beers go, this one pours with a light straw color, a white head forms with the shape that straddles foamy and fizzy. Moderate carbonation fails to retain the head for very long, but does lace a little.

Up front aromas of pilsner malts and light grains (maybe cereal grains, but maybe barley husk). Then comes a light apple, vinegar note that becomes distracting, masking any hop aroma there on.

Again very light malt taste takes the lead. Later, the grain portions begin to come into play. The malt-grain taste balances thhe light taste. Vinegar, sulfer taste begins to fade away as the beer breathes.

Textures are pretty light, comparable to other light beers. Again more malty up front with the light Pilsner grains, but turn grainy and a touch astringent later. Finishes with a watery, crisp finish.

The beer ultimately turned out ok, but the initial sulfer, acidic, and lactic flavor provided a lot of distraction through the first half of the glass. Later, the beer became pretty average for Light Lagers.

Knights Head Light poured a nice straw color with a thin white head. The foam stayed with the glass throughout the beer but left no lacing. The smell was clean and light and did not have any off aromas. The taste was light and easy-drinking with no chemical flavors. There was a soft malt flavor that was free of adjuncts and left little aftertaste. The mouthfeel was in-line with the style and this is a very drinkable beer. True to the style this beer is clean, light, and crisp. Knights Head Light is a very good Light American Lager and would be a good addition to some summer picnics.
