This complex golden brew has a light spicy aroma on top of a white lace. The bisquity flavor sits up in front of a drier malt profile. A light bitterness comes through and lingers to the bottom of the glass.

Light gold color with very little, fast fading head, even after a hard pour. Some cloudiness that may have been chill haze but more than likely was some yeast, as the sample was a 64 oz. bottle conditioned growler. Lightly hopped aroma. Well balanced flavor, slightly sweet with some hop undertones. A nice thirst quenching beer. Good example of the style.
