Sampled from a growler.

This wheat ale poured a hazy, reddish amber color with tall, pillowy, light tan foam that clung to the glass in clumps. The smell was very buttery (diacetyl) with some caramel malt beneath. The taste was tangy and malty with light caramel and a touch of butter (much less pronounced than in the aroma) and light hops together with a bit of citrus sourness (from the wheat?). The mouthfeel was tangy and smooth with medium body and low carbonation feel. It was dry overall with a lightly lingering diacetyl flavor. This was actually quite a pleasant ale, and I found it refreshing different than most other wheat ales.

Thanks to bennybrew.

This is an interesting and tasty wheat beer. Sits in the glass with a deep brown/amber color. The overall smooth medium body ushres in a deep buttery flavor melded with dark malts. Very tasty.
