Poured out a bright amber orange color and was topped off with a big white head. Nice fruity tartness. Sweet malt and finishes pretty dry. There's hints of orange rinds in the flavor, with a grapefruit-like bitterness. Nice floral and fruity hop notes. Tasty. A good beer.

Pours a nice deep copper with a smallish tan head that fades to a nice film. Smell is of cascades, slgihtly citric floralness, with some malt lingering in the background. The brew starts off fairly bitter with some nice grapefruit qualities to it. The hops then fade to nothing before some slight malt comes in at the end. This brew has a raw and unfinished feeling to it. It isn't bad but it is like someone set out to make a beer and then got interupted before they could put the finishing touches on it. The lack of a smooth transition between the malt and hops brings down the mouthfeel score and makes the beer more difficult to drink than it should be.

Not a bad brew, while I was a bit dissapointed by this brewery overall. This is one of my faves of the lot. Very drinkable, with little if any aroma and bite. A worthwhile option though.
