Appearance: clear yellow in color with a short 1/2" head that break apart quickly.
Smell: huge amount of lemon zest is easily detectable with some grassy tones.
Taste: mild malt profile with a load of lemon flavor that make this unbalanced. Some softer grassy tones and a mild bitterness rounds it out.
Mouthfeel: crisp and refreshing. Light in body. The lemon aftertaste is bold but short-lived.
Drinkability: this should have been called a lemon ale. Had a hard time finishing just half of the pint glass. Try something else.
