A mostly routine blonde ale. But as its name suggests, it has a persuasive bitterness that holds one's attention. There's also a good show of lace on a body of unfiltered straw yellow. Clean enough for easy appreciation with a workable measure of yeast tang. Nice food chaser or casual summer fare.
