Sweet Mollys budding fragrance suggests brown sugar on pancakes. The sorrel body is low in CO2 and shows virtually no head or lace, though these elements arent required for the style and their absence represents no deficit. Flavor lines are classic and the use of molasses adds a dark, punky sweetness, while the coarse graininess characterizing other Birdsview beers is still detectable here.
She's no glamour girl but Sweet Molly is kind of sassy in her own right and worthy of your attentions. 6.9% ABV
