On draft at the brewery in a shower pint glass
Clear dark golden in color, white head. Pleasant well rounded hop aroma. Taste is moderately bitter, balancing caramel malt. Medium bodied.

A fine drinking ale. But if you're looking for hop charisma, it's not here. Birdsview's IPA has a similar cereal mash aroma to their other ales and shares a parallel design to their amber from a likely overlapping grain bill and common yeast strain. It is yellow-amber with a light carpet of head and moderate carbonation.
But there's no appreciable hop presence from the Cascade hops - just a casual surge of bittering. Despite this, the IPA still balances favorably, if only for unintended reasons. It's not a classic NWIPA, but an elegant model of fermented barley juice. 6.2% ABV.
