This pilsner, named for its mash in temperature, just didnt grab me. Its bright copper color lacks clarity and the taste is similarly without the customary polish of a lagered beer. The smell is yeasted and the taste is meaty and somewhat foul. The splashy lace was nice, but the flavor hangs on the tongue too heavily and the finish just isnt clean. Pass.
