For two days I drank my way through the Birdsview beer menu hoping to find a notable, standout beer. Well, It’s Da Porter. This dark beer is muscular in its roasted grain aroma and creamy, roasted flavor. The creaminess is predominant, defining, and distinct. The flavor is also boldly sustained for the duration of your pint, making this a high performance, stylistically immodest American porter. Ironically, the brewer doesn’t care for porters and doesn’t drink this one.
