On-tap into pint glass.
Slightly hazy golden amber hue with a solid one finger off white head that settles to a thick cap. The aromas as sharp and piney hops, with only a little bit of citrus. The malts are slightly toasty and set up a somewhat citrusy and herbal hop flavor. Full bodied with good carbonation. The hops linger for a bit after each sip.
The flavor of this Pale Ale is a little different, but it's still fantastic. It seems less sharp-grapefruit and more herbal-tea like flavors. Highly recommended.

Tried this on my first visit to Vintage 50 in Leesburg a few days ago and was able to take some notes.
Pours a very pretty opaque apricot-orange color with a thin but creamy head which held up well. Excellent lace. The aroma was a very crisp citrusy hops scent. Some orange, apricot and peach smells here too. Subtle, but fresh and very appetizing. Tastes much like the smell indicated it might. Smooth and creamy with a pleasing bitter hop flavor. A near perfect balance of malty sweetness and hops, with a great fruity sensation to mellow it all out. The mouthfeel, while creamy, was also a bit sharp and tangy, but still very solid. A very drinkable year-round beer, I would highly recommend this to anyone passing through Leesburg. Fans of pale ales and IPAs alike should find this brew quite satisfying. Cheers to Bill Madden and crew at Vintage 50.
