Part of the huge flight. Golden with white head that left some lacing. Bread, grain, and floral hop aromas. A touch of biscuit sweetness and then a snappy pine bitterness. Light body, thin texture, moderate crisp carbonation, and bitter finish.

On tap at the brew pub poured into 16oz English pint glass. Pours a bright pale golden with a creamywell-lacing white head. Aroma of mild grainy malts and a touch of lager yeast and crisp noble hops. Body starts with decent fullness and effervescent carbonation with a faint pale malty sweetness well balanced with fresh slightly piny noble bittering hops. Pretty true to style (this is the brewpub's only filtered beer) and drinkable.

On-tap into pilsner glass.
Aromas were very bready with only a touch of hops, and none of the viney aromas. The flavor had slightly toasty malt with a little bit of hop bitterness that lingered for a bit, but it was a mostly clean finish. Light bodied.
An enjoyable beer but I'm not sure if I would exactly call it a Kolsch. Tasted more like a German Pilsner to me, mostly because of the lacking viney characteristics of the ones I have tried in the past.

Clear golden with a small, fading white head. Light grain and a touch of lemon in the nose. Pleasantly sweet and grainy with a neutral yeast. Light herbal hoppiness appears in the finish. Medium bodied with a very nice texture and the perfect level of carbonation.
