A - Dark red/mahogony body with a fluffy white head. Discipates to thin lacing quickly.
S - Dark bread with some caramel malts. Just a touch of alohol in there and some overripe cherries.
T&M - Light mouthfeel and light on flavor. Less sweet than expected with dark bread dominating the flavor. A slight hint of the overripe cherries, but again not sweet. Low carbonation. Taste leaves something to be desired. Really was wanting some more "umpf" from this beer.
D - Sessionable for sure, although I don't know the ABV. Certainly did not taste or feel high.

Cask into 16oz pint glass. First pint out of the cask.
Deep copper hue, slightly cloudy, with a tan one finger head. The aroma is light caramel with a little bit of grain. The flavor is about the same with some brown sugar and light toasty grain. Full bodied with slightly lower carbonation. The cracker-like flavor is rather enjoyable, and very drinkable.
I was lucky to get the first pint out of the cask, perfect timing! There wasn't one imperfection in this beer. Recommended.
