500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. ABV is 5%. Organic. Black colour, reddish brown in the highlights. Big to moderate beige head. Roasty aroma with notes of dark chocolate, liquorice and coffee. The mostly dry flavour has some initial hints of acidity, and the mouthfeel could be fuller. Moderate roasty notes of coffee, hints of cocoa, "dusty" hops in the finish. Fair enough, but not the best stout I’ve had.

The colour is dark brown, the liquid clear. The gigantic head is beige and compact. It sinks slowly with a fizzing sound. It builds a nice crater, too. Some lacing occurs.
The smell is dry with some roasted malts (with a hint of smoke). Sweet hints of vanilla and coconut in the background are balanced by a metallic sour-bitter flavour.
The taste is smooth and inviting. Dry roasted malts with just a touch of smoked flavours and coffee. The body is light. Some gentle yet distinct bitter flavours that grows in the aftertaste with a fine metallic sour note. Notes of green beans, Irish coffee and bitter hops in the finish.
The carbonation is very smooth with lots of small bubbles. The liquid is very smooth; it feels almost like drinking a nitrokeg-beer.
One of the best Irish stouts I have had. And I have tried those in Dublin...
