Right. The Danish micro Ørbæk brewery starts a new brewery label called "Jefferson" which nods to the American micro tradition and then brews a... classic Czech pilsner? I don't get it.

The liquid is pale orange, some chill haze occurs. The high off-white head sinks slowly leaving lots of lacing.

The smell is bitter and metallic. Hints of fresh bread and a touch of butter.

The taste is very sweet with notes of cookies and butterscotch. The sweetness leaves room for some bitter notes and flavours of butter and bitter herbs. Some metal in the finish.

The carbonation is mild to medium - the bubbles small and fresh. The liquid is a bit sticky and sweet.
Too much unclean and unclear flavours in this one for me.
