Copenhagen 29/8 2021. 50 cl bottle from SuperBrugsen, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Straight green label with a faint outline of Fyn in a lighter hade of green.
Pours clear pale yellow with a big white head. Settles a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a light slightly citric scent. Sweet pale malts, bread and hints of cardboard. A bit of lemon and sour grains.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit anonymous and not as bitter as I prefer my Pilsener.

May 2012: 500 ml bottle, from NETTO. Økologisk / organic. ABV is 4.6%. Golden colour, large white head. Moderate aroma of floral hops, some sweetish malts too. The flavour has some malty sweetness, and is not very "crisp". Some floral hops again, but the bitterness is too moderate. A hint of honey. A drinkable pilsener, but does not really stand out from the crowd.
