Copenhagen 14/4 2018. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Drawing of old rural buildings on the label together with the signatures from the Brewmaster and the person responsible of quality control. Loud proclamation of the fact that this is indeed without Gluten.
Pours slightly hazy golden yellow. Medium sized white head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fresh and fruity. Sweet malts, grains and grass.
Medium strong carbonation and thin watery texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-ish. Lingering.
Quite good Lager Beer with some American inspired freshness but without Gluten.
