A light golden ale with a lovely malty flavour. Bitterness and fresh aroma from American hops. The beer is dry hopped after fermentation. Enjoy it in good company this Easter.

Copenhagen 25/4 2016. 50 cl bottle from Fakta. Three Easter Chicken drawn by an underage kid on the green label.
Pours hazy orange with a yellowish head. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweetish with exotic fruit like peach, honey melon and passion fruit. Citric notes as well.
Medium strong carbonation and slightly thick palate. Lightly tingling textture.
Flavor has a good bitterness and a more subdued sweetness. Lingering bitter aftertaste.
Except for the chickens drawn by an infant on the label this is not what I would expect from an Easter seasonal. But certainly a nice bitter Pale Ale.
