Copenhagen 13/2 2016. 50 cl bottle brought home by my girlfriend. King of licorice blinking to me from the label.
Pours reddish brown with a small off-white head. Settles as a Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foamcovering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing on the side of the glass.
Aroma is sweet. Herbs, cooked cabbage, farts and a little sweet licorice.
Soft carbonation and watery palate. Slightly thick, almost flat texture.
Flavor is sweetish and of cooked vegetables. Sweet licorice is bit more prominent than in the aroma without being overpowering.
Too much cooked vegetables and too little licorice for my taste.
