Hazy, green-hued yellow. Small but lasting head. Some streaks.
The aroma is predominantly wheaty. There’s a touch of sour and a distant smell of boiled eggs.
Spritzy with a thinner body. All of the usual elements of a Hefeweizen are here—banana and clove. There’s some green apple and, of course, wheat. Short aftertaste.
