Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brew pub.
Pours light yellow, clear, lots (LOTS) of bubbles, white head that only lasts because so much CO2 is coming out of solution. Little lacing.
Aroma is corn, malt, sweetness.
Flavor is corn and rice (?), sugar, malt, and hints of yeast.
Body is medium and effervescent. Drinkable but in small doses.
