Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub. Deciding whether to classify this as a hefe or a APWA is a toss up.
Pours hazy and yellow with tall white head that lasts a bit only because there is so much of it. Ample lacing.
Aroma is wheat, sour, banana.
Flavor is wheat, chemical, a touch sour, banana, and sugar.
Body is medium and highly carbonated. Drinkable I suppose, but why?
