Sampled 10/9/2010. It wasn't clear whether this is a lager or ale from the menu (which consisted of a single word for each beer handwritten for me by the bartender). After tasting however I'm guessing that it's an infected ale of sorts.
Pours light yellow (very little color), clear, white head, no lace or retention.
Aroma is lemon, funky, sweet, bitter, booze.
Flavor is most likely infected. Funky, lemony, tart, boozy, honey, and a hint of flowers.
Body is very light. Drinkability = no.
Tick.
