No freshnessdate found but fresh as brewery is just around. Poors out with enormous snowwhite head that has thick and lateron creamy thickness. Pale golden and slightly hazy beer. Nose is very hoppy mostly flowery, slightly koreander, some maltyness there and quiet hard to find yeastester. Taste is very dry and bitter. Hardly any maltarome but some alcohol there that gives the brew some warming. Pepperfeeling also and IMVHO realy somthing else and hardly drank anything like this. High carbonisation fits brew but mostly a bitter pepperlike mouthfeel. Yes this is realy worth a try and dying to try others of this brewery.
