Great head for a bar pour. Leaves a solid ring of lace after each sip. Light amber/dark gold color and clear.
Floral hop aroma with biting pepper nose.
This is a nice IPA--it starts off lightly malty on the initial sip but the hop is strong in swallow and lingers well into the aftertaste, which reminds me of fresh green hop pellets from my homebrew days. The body is predictable, but serves the beer well. Overall, this is better than the average American IPA.
