Undercarbonated (or under-nitrogenated as the case may be.) Mild, roasted barley flavor leading to a dry finish with a crisp edge. This isn’t a robust stout by any means. The body is light and the taste is obscure. Not a bad beer, but not worthy of a bold racecar motif.
