Started commercial brewing in 2005. The Surrey Hills Brewery is located in the heart of the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in a former milking parlour at Old Scotland Farm, Staple Lane, Shere. The Farm is nestled in a delightful fold on top of the North Downs chalk escarpment between the picturesque villages of Shere and East Clandon. The rustic exterior of the brewery building contrasts with the interior which has been converted into a perfect brewing environment that is hygienic and safe. Significant investment in new purpose-built equipment enables the highest levels of quality control.
