A: The beer is crystal clear dark amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down, leaving a collar around the edge of the glass and patches of bubbles in the center.
S: Moderate aromas of vinous malts are present in the nose—somewhat similar to a port wine—along with notes of fruity yeast.
T: Much like the smell, the taste has complex flavors of malts and a light amount of associated sweetness and notes of fruity yeast. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a low amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed this beer because it was quite complex despite the low alcohol content, which makes this very easy to drink.
