Copenhagen 9/2 2022. 33 cl little chubby bottle. Gift from Stevns from my girlfrien. Light blue label with a drawing of the Stevns Lighthouse.
Pours unclear pale yellow big white head. Bubbly. Settles as as a thin, layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a citric scent. Sweet pale malts. Peach. Citrus and lemon. Light fermented whiff.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, fizzy, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish and bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Decent but a bit over carbonated Indian Pale Ale,
