Our Frokostpilsner, with its wonderful taste and a slightly lower alcohol content of 3.8%, is specially developed to be enjoyed with a good lunch in good company.
Frokostpilsner is a light pilsner brewed with German hops and a little caramel malt, so the color is broken and the beer appears amber.

Copenhagen 15/1 2022. 33 cl little chubby bottle from Beerlivery web-shop. Green label with a drawing of the Stevns Lighthouse.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - amber with a small white head. bubbly. Settles as as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a fruity, tart scent. Caramel, toffee and cardboard. Tart gooseberries and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin and sweetish. Lingers shortly. Finish is watery.
Quite thin as many so-called Lunch beers. Not much of a Pilsner.
