Copenhagen /1 2022. 33 cl little chubby bottle brought home as a gift from my girlfriend after visiting Stevns. Off-white label with a drawing of Stevns Lighthouse.
Pours unclear orange with a big white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a 2,5 cm thick layer of fluffy foam obscuring the surface of the beer completely. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet wheat malts mingling with tart lemonade and a little spice. Sweet malts, lemon, cloves and light whiff of banana.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a strong sweetness followed by a weak sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Smells good but very much on the sweet side flavor-vise.
