Copenhagen 4/12 2021. 33 cl chubby bottle. Gift from my girlfriend from her trip to Stevns. Light green label with a little round drawing of some stylized houses with some greenery.
Pours unclear - almost hazy - golden amber with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, but consistent later of foam just covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor soon overpowered by a dry, scent of grass and grains. Pale malts. Citrus and bread.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft. almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers shortly. Finish is semi-dry.
