Two Faced Schwarzwälder Kirsch Stout

On tap at Taphouse Copenhagen. Ordered it because it was a local beer. Poured in a snifter. Black with small tan head that persisted and dissipated slowly. Looks good. Aroma includes dark fruit, not much roast. First taste, I got that metallic thing that sometimes I get with this style. But after a few more sips, that waned. Still, really thick and fruity-sweet. If this is really 11.7%, it's hidden well. Not much hop bitterness at all. My guess is that it's under attenuated and only could be 11.7 if it had finished out fermentation. Overall, it's ok, but I had a 10cl sample of another of this style that I enjoyed much more, which was contract brewed for this taproom.
