Bottle conditioned. The almost clear liquid is pale yellow-orange with a tint of yellow-green(!). The foam sinks down to a thin white lid. No lacing.
The smell is spicy and bitter with some sour notes of wheat, yeast and minerals.
The taste is quite mild with some sour yeast, lots of earthy minerals, a hint of orange, and some herbs. The aftertaste is fresh with a fine mild bitterness, some bitter herbs and sweet malt with a hint of sour sweets.
The mouthfeel is a little thick; the carbonation is strong with small bubbles.
A sort of beginners wit. Not very complex, but all the basic notes are there. They could use more of citric flavours, though
