Appearance: pale copper, slight haze, nice layer of tight-beaded cream-colored foam, good head retention with som lace on the glass
Aroma: caramelly malt, grapefruit rind; like what you'd expect from an APA, but a bit subdued
Flavor: medium biscuity malt load with a mild citrus-oil hop bitterness; finishes dry with a lingering bitterness
Mouthfeel: medium body, lively carbonation, minerally
Other comments: Definitely reminiscent of an American Pale Ale, but it's like they held back a bit on the hop content.
